HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS AND RATES
The following discounted rates have been secured for the ISHRS 2018 World Live Surgery Workshop at the Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights for the dates of Saturday, March 3 through Wednesday, March 14, 2018, based on availability.
AED 650 single occupancy/AED 750 double occupancy for Regency King or Twin rooms
(triple occupancy can be accommodated with an additional supplement of AED 150 per room night in addition to the double rate)
Our ISHRS WLSW room rate includes:
- breakfast in the hotel restaurant, Sufra
- complimentary wifi in both the guest room and in our meeting space
- two bottles of water, replenished daily, and complimentary non-alcoholic mini-bar
All room rates are currently subject to 10% service charge, 10% municipality fee, 5% VAT (tax subject to change) and AED 20 per night Tourism Dirham Fee. The hotel does not charge a resort fee. Children age 12 years and younger may stay in their parent’s or guardian’s room at no charge in the existing bedding with the additional breakfast charged at 50% of the adult rate. There is a maximum occupancy of 3 people per room.
Please make your reservation early – this room rate is available through February 27, 2018 or while room availability lasts. Reservation requests after February 27, 2018 will be accepted on a space and rate available basis.

Hotel Deposit/Guarantee/Cancellation Policy
The Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights requires that all reservations are guaranteed with a credit card at the time the reservation is made. Two (2) weeks prior to your arrival date, the total amount for accommodation charges for your full stay will be charged to your credit card.
Reservations may be cancelled up to seven (7) days prior to your arrival date with no penalty, in which the full amount charged to the credit card two weeks prior will be refunded. Cancellations received less than 7 days prior to arrival will be charged the full stay as reserved.
Check-in time is 3:00PM and check-out time is 12:00PM.
AIRPORT & GROUND TRANSPORTATION INFORMATION
The Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights is 10 minutes/7 kilometers away from Dubai International Airport (DXB) and is easily accessible by taxi or hotel limousine.
Taxis/Airport: The taxi fare is AED 40-50 each way, plus tip (AED 5 to 10 is appropriate). Not all taxis accept credits cards, so be sure to check with the driver before you get in the taxi if you do not have local currency to pay. To get a taxi from the airport, follow the taxi signs. For return to the airport, taxis are readily available at the entrance of the hotel.

Taxis/Around the City: Taxis are readily available at the entrance of the hotel. The starting meter rate generally begins at AED 5.00 and subsequent increments are AED1.50 per kilometer.
Uber: Uber does operate in Dubai.
Parking: Complimentary 24-hour secure valet parking is available at the hotel’s underground car parking lot for guests staying at the hotel or attending a function at the hotel.
